all we need is talk: conversationalizm as a trend

Those guys from Liverpool sang that all we need is love, but in our world all we need is a talk, a chat, a conversation, a dialogue, a polylogue, a discussion - whatever you call it, it's communication. Really, conversationalizm will be a trend for the next several years, and there are 5 main reasons why I do think so:

1) changing communications
times when people communicated face-to-face are replaced with times when people talk webcam-to-webcam. Twitter updates, phone apps, Facebook statuses as well as more traditionally looking SMS, MMS and ICQ or MSN Live proved us with changing model of 24 / 7/ 365 communication throughout the time and place. Conversationalizm is a fact of having fun together with solving serious tasks and holding business.

2) loneliness is still here, though we are not alone
There were no other times like this one period when millions are not alone still being lonely. We try to communicate to find out solution, to make friends, to make love, to make something to fix our life. Some people say it's about Prozac and psychologist, I'd say it's about conversation to find support, understanding or solution. The technologized world make us lonely even in a crowd through using headphones or SMS-ing or watching online video etc.

3) new tools
Emails are boring as well as letters seemed when emails appeared. Take out your mobile phone from your pocket, your netbook from your bag or notebook from your working place - and welcome to the world of conversation with dozens or hundreds of people simultaneously in at least 4 or 5 different ways. Variety of apps makes conversationalizm more than a trend - it's an essential feature (though this conversation is not always aloud or with using of voice)

4) talk to be heard
Bloggers and photographers both talk to be heard as well as many other people. No need to be a reporter, a politician or a newspaper's owner: you can be a journalist, a conversationalist, a protector, a protester, a warrior or printed word or filmed video or taken photo to protect yourself, to be famous, to blame or to resist: Iran with its Revolution, Moldova with its anti-communist protests, Indonesia with storms and USA with Apple's performances showed that. And it's only a beginning (by the way, guess what the Orange Revolution in Ukraine could be if Twitter existed in 2004).

5) changing society
Conversationalizm became a part of our life changing our life-style as well as point of view for confidentiality and informational abilities of a single person. I think, this will make a new model of communication and new PR-strategy for business as well - the matter is to select right tools. Maybe, "little less conversation, little more action, please" from the companies to possess conversationalizm as a trend (though Elvis didn't mean that, but it's OK :) ).
